Super friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and the location was perfect for access to attractions. I appreciated the spacious, clean accommodations and had a peaceful stay overall.

While the pool area looked inviting, I was disappointed by the presence of ducks that had taken it over, making it unappealing to use.

Parking situation could use improvement!!! The tight spaces felt chaotic, especially during peak season!!! Also, the TV cable quality was disappointing, which made relaxing in the room less enjoyable!!!

The queen room was a great deal with easy access to attractions. Staff quickly replaced a malfunctioning refrigerator, showing their kindness and efficiency. The location is perfect for families looking to explore nearby restaurants. However, some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from updates.

I loved how easy it was to explore nearby attractions like the Island in Pigeon Forge and Patriot Park, both just a short walk away, making my weekend adventure truly enjoyable and full of great views and fun moments. The room itself was very clean and perfect for a single traveler like me, allowing me to recharge after a day of sightseeing.

It was just a fitting option for a brief retreat in Pigeon Forge with outstanding value. The staff was amazing and helped resolve the AC issue as quickly as possible. Bring your own hangers if you need to hang clothes.

Family getaway worth it

This place is surprisingly good for a Travel Lodge. The rooms were clean with fresh bathrooms and good coffee which was unexpected. Also the pool was open late which was nice for the teens who can’t seem to sleep.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what we got.

We had a fab time! The staff was super friendly and fixed our friends' mix-up super fast. The pool was nice and clean, open all night! One thing tho, the floor could've used a mop, and the first bed made some weird noises when I got in, but other than that, great spot. Loved chillin' in the picnic area!

I loved the super convenient location! We were near so many restaurants and attractions! However, the room wasn't the cleanest. Overall, a decent experience for the price! 😊

There were no shelves or hangers to hang coats or clothes, which made organizing a challenge. While the room looked clean, some updates were clearly still in the works, with wall patches that needed painting and stained grout around the tub. The noise from various events nearby, like SlammedEnuff, made it tough to relax before midnight, though it’s not something the hotel can control.
